Procédé
Réaliser une Emulsion « One Pot » en plaçant les ingrédients au bain marie jusqu’à une fonte homogène de la préparation. Puis ôter du bain marie et fouetter énergiquement. Couler dans un godet.

Tuto One Pot Emulsion in Vidéo
Do a « One Pot » Emulsion by placing the ingredients in a water bath until the homogeneous melt of the preparation. Remove the water bath and whisk vigorously. Pour into a pan.
